Because we offer custom digital services and dedicate billable time to our clients’ projects, our refund policy differs from that of physical products. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

By contracting with Nexapivot Business Insights LLC and using our website (https://nexapivotbusinessinsights.us/), you agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Custom Software and Web Development Services

Due to the highly customized nature of software and web development, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

• Deposits: Any initial deposit or setup fee paid to commence a project is strictly non-refundable. This covers the initial time, resources, and discovery phases dedicated to planning your project.
• Milestone Payments: If your project is billed in milestones or phases, payments made for completed and approved milestones are final and non-refundable.
• Final Delivery: Once the final product has been delivered, deployed, or handed over, no refunds will be issued.

2. Business Consulting and Hourly Services

For business consulting, strategy sessions, or any services billed on an hourly or retainer basis:

• Payments are for the time and expertise provided by our team. Therefore, fees for time already spent and services already rendered are non-refundable.
• If you have paid for a block of consulting hours in advance and wish to cancel before all hours are used, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused hours, subject to any early termination fees outlined in your specific contract.

3. Project Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone a project after it has started:

• You must notify us in writing immediately.
• We will halt work and calculate the billable hours and resources utilized up to the date of cancellation.
• If the amount of work completed exceeds the deposit or payments made to date, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance. If the deposit exceeds the work completed, the remaining balance will be held as a credit for future services, or refunded at the sole discretion of Nexapivot Business Insights LLC.

4. Exceptions and Mutual Agreement

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Nexapivot Business Insights LLC reserves the right to issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

• If we fail to deliver the services as explicitly outlined in our Statement of Work (SOW) or contract due to our own fault, we will work with you to remedy the situation or provide a reasonable refund.
• Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client that result in delays or dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for a refund.
